 EASTONUK Ltd provides quantity surveying and estimating services to civil engineering and infrastructure contractors. I work directly with clients to support commercial management on live projects, typically covering valuations, cost reporting, compensation events, subcontract management and forecasting. Engagements are agreed on a project basis through my limited company. 

With over 20 years in the industry, I have worked across highways, earthworks, reinforced concrete, marine and maintenance schemes under NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts. I support projects ranging from small subcontract packages to major infrastructure works, focusing on practical commercial control and clear financial reporting.

 EASTONUK Ltd supports contractors who require experienced commercial input without adding permanent staff. I agree the required scope at the outset and deliver the work independently, using my own systems and professional judgement. The aim is straightforward: manage risk, improve margin and keep projects commercially on track with clear deliverables.
